1) Q: Do you handle small jobs? I just need a couple of lights changed out.
A: We handle any size job from changing out a couple of lights, to new construction.
2). Q: What will it cost me to get an in-home estimate (walk-through) ?
A: There is no cost to the customer to have our electrician come through and do walk-through, and bid out a job.
3). Q: I want to add new lighting in my house to modernize the look, but I’m not sure what to add or what kind of devices I should look at. Does Excellence Electric help in giving me ideas?
A: Yes, we do assist customers in designing, a lighting layout. We will only recommend what we think would look ideal in the area. We would never try to convince the customer in installing something they are not 100% satisfied with.
4. Q: Once my job is started can I be certain that my job won’t be pushed off the schedule or delayed for another job.
A; Once we are on a job we stay there until the job is completed (or until that phase of the job is done). We don’t bump customers.
5. Q: I am having a hard time choosing an electrical contractor, how do I know your company is trustworthy and your not just going to try to sell me on something I really don’t need?
A: I have come across several customers who thought they needed extensive electrical work done. Once I did the walk-through and determined that they didn’t need to replace/repair the items they thought. I than, presented them with the facts and told them what I thought they needed done, and gave them alternatives.
6. Q: Is Excellence Electric Licensed, bonded and insured.
A: Yes, Excellence Electric is a licensed, bonded and insured.
