Working in Bothell
Since Excellence Electric is based in Bothell WA, we love working in the Bothell area fixing issues for our customers. There are been many different upgrades happening around downtown Bothell. It seems like the city of Bothell is getting rebuilt. With this new building comes more need for electricity and we have seen an upturn in the amount of service required. Some of our customers are adding additions and looking for additional power for these additions, but they are finding that the service offered from the city is not adequate.
We had one customer who called some other electricians in the area and they all told them they needed an additional power drop from the city, which would cost them over 20k. We came and after looking around and doing some troubleshooting, we found that there were a number of circuits that were not being utilized properly. We did some rerouting of their electrical infrastructure and found more power they could draw from on their existing drop.
Needless to say, the customer was very happy. It is this sort of out of the box thinking that helps Excellence Electric keep our customer base, but the referrals that are generated from our work is what helps us even more. We love working in Bothell. Great people and great projects.
